A Case of the Sundays

As I've said, Jerry and I don't DO suffereing...

For our first 'Sunday' Dinner without our Kitchen

we made roasted chicken in our clay cloche oven...

In the BBQ... for 1 1/4 hours...

And it came out amazing.

We're having so much fun in the Cocina

Jerry even put up some decorations...

Dessert... chocolate chip cookies baked... on the BBQ.

Delish...
